Critical Incident Questionnaire (CIQ)
Please take about five minutes to respond to each of the questions below about your experiences over the week . Don’t put your name on the form – your responses are anonymous. When you have finished writing, copy and paste your response to the course blog under the correct sub heading. Also keep a record of what you write. The CIQ will act as a record of what occurred throughout the module, which you can refer back to when you write your reflection for the module.Thanks for taking the time to do this it will help you. 3. What action that anyone (teacher or student) took this week did you find most affirming and helpful?
4. What action that anyone (teacher or student) took this week did you find the most confusing puzzling?
5. What about this week surprised you the most? (This could be something about your own reactions to what went on, or something that someone did, or anything else that occurs to you.)
